Current Events

New Projects include Design of and CD's for: 
Conversion of an office into apartments, 
The Reconstruction of a  Cottage Apartment, a New Residence in Uganda
and the Relocation of a Automotive Body Shop to an Industrial Condo.

Anson Courtright has successfully completed the
Certification for School Project Designers & Owner's Project Managers.
Anson is now offering Owners Project Management Services for
Schools Districts and Towns.

1.  Continuing Education events attended include:  
MCPPO seminar given by Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General
CHPS Green Design program which is similar to LEEDS rating,
New product use seminars for PVC Siding,York flashing, ilevel framing.

2.  Construction is completed for a 32,000 s.f. and 20,000 s.f.
Drug and Alcohol Treatment Facility at Meadowbrook in Brockton MA.
This project is  joint effort with Chilmark Company Inc.
AC-Architect provided architectural services
as well a construction project management.

3.  Design of a Modification is nearing completion on the
Adolescent Treatment Center at Meadowbrook. 
The Nurse's Station will be relocated and the former entrance reconfigured.
A century old brick building was renovated to provide bedrooms,
meeting rooms, offices and a dining room.

4.  The new version of the Massachusetts Building 8th Edition
 has been approved and will be in effect August 8, 2010 it consists of
the 2009 IBC and a set of specific Massachusetts amendments.
