Current Events


1.  Continuing Education events attended include: 
CHPS Green Design program which is similar to LEEDS rating,
New product use seminars for PVC Siding,York flashing, ilevel framing.

2.  Construction is completed for a 32,000 s.f. and 20,000 s.f.
Drug and Alcohol Treatment Facility at Meadowbrook in Brockton MA.
This project is  joint effort with Chilmark Company Inc.
AC-Architect provided architectural services
as well a construction project management.

3.  Construction is completed on the Adolesant Treatment Center at Meadowbrook. 
A century old brick building was renovated to provide bedrooms,
meeting rooms, offices and a dining room.

4.  Residential design of new homes for Brookside Estates in Hanson MA is under way. 
Three styles of residences are available.

5.  The new version of the Massachusetts Building 8th Edition
 has been approved and will be in effect August 8, 2010 it consists of
the 2009 IBC and a set of specific Massachusetts amendments.
