Feasibility Study
     - An optional report is prepared to show scope of work schedule and costs
Schematic Design
     - Preliminary drawings are made to show the concepts
Design Development
     - The agreed upon concepts are advanced
Construction Documents
     - Drawings and specifications are made for construction
Construction Administration
     - Coordinate the work with the owner and contractor

AIA Contracts are used to guide the project process .
